The building was designed with the intention of creating a transition and balance between new and old, both existing and emerging architectural environments. The house steps back from the street front, and takes into consideration the architecture and building styles already established in the neighborhood.
The internal layout and design solutions of Hermann’s House follow the elements of the exterior and have been created with urban atmosphere and lifestyle in mind. It is a design created for those valuing freedom of movement and tasteful style.
The focal point of internal architecture is the central stairwell, which is topped off with a glass roof dome filling the space with light. This sumptuous stairwell combines stone, wood, and glass details, joining the whole architecture into a pleasant whole.
